Player Report Format

If you want to report a player for breaking the rules, please follow the template below. Providing as much detail as possible will help us take appropriate action. Incomplete or unclear reports may be dismissed. Be sure to follow our community guidelines when submitting a report.

(What is the username of the player you are reporting?)

Date/Time of Incident:
(When did the incident occur? Provide a rough time and date.)

Reason for Report:
(What rules did the reported player break? Choose from the following list or describe the behavior in detail:

• Cheating (Hacking/Exploiting)
• Griefing
• Spamming
• Toxic Behavior (Harassment/Abusive Language)
• Team Killing / PvP Abuse
• Scamming (Items/Coins)
• Other (Please specify))

Description of the Incident:
(Please provide a detailed description of what happened. Explain the situation clearly—what was the player doing, and how did it break the rules?)

Evidence:
(Please provide screenshots, video clips, or any other evidence showing the reported player's behavior. The more evidence you can provide, the better.)

Were there any witnesses?
(Were other players present who witnessed the incident? If so, list their usernames here. Witnesses can help verify your report.)

Additional Information:
(Any extra details that might be relevant, such as previous interactions with the player, context for the behavior, etc.)

Report Review Process:

• All reports will be reviewed by Lichcraft staff.
• We may request additional evidence or clarification if needed.
• Please be respectful in your report, and understand that false reports or misinformation could result in consequences for the reporter.
